The Wig Wag Pendant #2 by Glob Ross showcases the beauty of precision and flow, brought to life through the iconic Wig Wag technique. Crafted in the luminous Mystery Adventure palette, this hollow bubble pendant combines movement, reflection, and color in a compact 1.5-inch form. Its swirling zigzag design pulls the eye inward, giving the illusion of kinetic motion suspended within glass.
The front face displays a striking array of layered blues, yellows, and greens — each curve of color carefully twisted and pulled to achieve perfect symmetry. Beneath the clear surface, light dances across each contour, magnifying the intricate work and creating a living, fluid visual effect. The backside, softly fumed and muted, provides a clean balance to the vivid complexity of the front, allowing the pendant to rest beautifully against any surface or skin tone.
Lightweight yet solid, this pendant embodies both durability and elegance. Its hollow design reduces weight while amplifying depth, giving it a gem-like quality when viewed under natural or direct light. The result is a versatile accessory that doubles as an art object — equally at home on a display shelf or worn as a centerpiece.
Each Glob Ross pendant is handcrafted with precision and patience, ensuring that every piece is one-of-a-kind. Subtle variations in fume, pattern, and depth make each creation uniquely personal — a testament to the skill and intention behind the torch.
The Wig Wag Pendant #2 is a celebration of color, craftsmanship, and the timeless rhythm of molten glass artistry.

My journey into glass art began in the summer of 2012, with a two day beginner pipe making class. I bought my first torch and kiln the next summer, working outside in my backyard practicing the techniques I had learned. After moving to Bozeman, Montana in 2014, I quickly found a community of other glass artists to create and learn with. Most of what I know has been self taught through observation. I blend traditional and modern techniques to create uniquely classic pieces. Most recently I've been working on a layered marble swirl patterning. I also make my own custom layered wondertubes.
