Bubblers serve as a middle option between bongs and hand pipes. Bubblers use water to filter the smoke, much like bongs, but do so at a smaller, more compact size. Hand pipes, meanwhile, don’t have a water-filtration method and are usually slightly smaller than bubblers making them even more portable than a bubbler, which can be transported easily as well.
