Is there a fee to list my products?
There is no fee for listing your products on Giggle Glass and we also don’t need any of your products prior to the sale, we’ll just send you and order and agree to fulfill it within 7 days, that’s it. We earn a percentage of each sale made through our platform and you will typically receive a higher wholesale price than you would have by selling to a traditional wholesaler or retail shop.
How do I upload my products?
After your artist profile is approved, you’ll receive easy-to-use uploading forms where you can drag-and-drop product images, descriptions, and set your prices from either your phone or your desktop computer.
Who handles shipping and customer service?
GiggleGlass will list your products, take orders and handle inquiries related to the items (we will reach out to you if we receive a question that we cannot answer). We provide support to ensure a smooth buying process. Artists are responsible for shipping their products to customers within 7 days and uploading shipment tracking information into our Artist Portal. Your wholesale price to us includes an agreed reimbursement amount to cover your shipping costs for each item.
Can I sell my art on other platforms as well?
Absolutely! We encourage artists to reach a broad audience and have no restrictions on selling your work through other channels.
How do payments work?
After a sale is completed and confirmed by the artist uploading customer shipment tracking information though the Giggle Glass Artist Portal, wholesale price payments are processed securely through our platform to you.
