The Wig Wag Pendant #1 from Glob Ross captures the essence of motion and energy through perfectly balanced glass linework. This hollow Wig Wag bubble pendant, crafted in House Blues, transforms swirling colors into a vivid optical experience. The zigzag pattern ripples across the curved surface, creating a mesmerizing interplay of yellow, black, and blue — a true visual rhythm that seems to pulse with life.
At 2 inches in size, this pendant is compact yet full of depth. The interior curvature and polished exterior work together to magnify the pattern from within, creating a sense of movement that changes with every angle of light. Its hollow design makes it lightweight and comfortable to wear while preserving the dimensional richness of the pattern.
Each pendant is flame-worked and hand-shaped by Glob Ross, ensuring no two are ever the same. Subtle variations in color flow and symmetry add authenticity to the handmade process, giving every piece its own fingerprint within the collection. The House Blues palette anchors the design in cool tones while the vibrant accents add contrast and balance — an artistic nod to both calm and kinetic energy.
Perfect as a standalone statement piece or as part of a curated glass art collection, the Wig Wag Pendant #1 stands as a testament to craftsmanship and the timeless appeal of hand-blown design.

My journey into glass art began in the summer of 2012, with a two day beginner pipe making class. I bought my first torch and kiln the next summer, working outside in my backyard practicing the techniques I had learned. After moving to Bozeman, Montana in 2014, I quickly found a community of other glass artists to create and learn with. Most of what I know has been self taught through observation. I blend traditional and modern techniques to create uniquely classic pieces. Most recently I've been working on a layered marble swirl patterning. I also make my own custom layered wondertubes.
