Third Vortex Marble

This is my third-ever vortex marble, made while I was still learning how to combine multiple techniques into one piece.

The outside features a dot stack pattern that came out beautifully, wrapping around the marble with strong contrast and movement. Inside, I used Unobtainium for the vortex, but the internal section broke during the process. The marble itself remained fully intact, though the break created air bubbles inside the glass that were not intentional.

Rather than hide that, I think it makes this piece a cool example of the learning process behind glassblowing. The finished marble still has a ton of depth, color, and character, and the internal bubbles are part of the story of how it was made.
