This pendant was made a couple months ago, right around the time I was first taught how to properly execute an implosion technique rather than just experimenting with it on my own.
The design features layered dots pulled inward beneath a clear lens, creating a flower-like pattern with teal, white, deep purple, and soft iridescent tones. From the side, you can really see the depth of the implosion and how the individual layers stretch down into the glass.
This piece represents a cool turning point in my work—when I started understanding how to control the technique intentionally instead of just seeing what happened.
