This is my second-ever vortex marble, made during the early stages of learning how to create movement and depth inside a solid marble.
The design features soft flowing bands of aqua, white, and darker tones pulled into a spiraling vortex effect beneath the clear surface. It has a smooth, hypnotic look that draws your eye inward and gives the piece a lot of depth from different angles.
Because this was my second attempt at making a vortex marble, it marks an important step in my progression—figuring out how to control the internal flow of color while still shaping a clean finished marble.
