Glass tree of life

Skull Side Car by Snowdog Glass is a completely handmade, one-of-a-kind glass sculpture built around an intricate Tree of Life design. Rather than relying on a simple central form, the piece spreads outward through twisting branches, roots, leaves, and flowers, creating a highly organic structure that looks different from every angle.

The sculpture features 13 individual roots extending from the base, giving the tree a dramatic, sprawling stance while helping create its distinctive silhouette. Above, 14 sculpted leaves and 7 detailed flowers are worked into the branching canopy, combining greens, purples, blues, yellows, and earthy tones throughout the piece.

Each branch and root has its own flowing shape, giving the sculpture a natural, almost animated appearance. The flowers are particularly eye-catching, with textured glass surfaces that catch and scatter light, while the leaves feature sculpted veins and layered color for additional depth.

Snowdog Glass has created this as a true one-of-a-kind piece of functional glass art, with the complexity of the branching structure making it as much a display piece as a collectible. The large number of individually formed elements makes every section worth examining up close.
