Hey I'm Ryan aka CRYSIS DESIGNS.
I started blowing glass on April 17th 2021 in Michigan. When I began my glass journey I was always focused on sculpting. Something about a character in glass captivated me.
My first character was called a mean mugga. I went from those to the wubbles. I created a back story for the wubbles and even introduced a protagonist character the Mumblers. At the start of it all they were at war with each other. I created the mumblers for a years or so before I had them return to their homeland. Ive created several characters over the years. Today I mostly make gloomers, anglers, and my new character jellies.
It's been an amazing journey, and it's only the beginning. Ive lived in Michigan and Colorado and even traveled to Las Vegas to pursue this dream.
